Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient phone triage role. The nurse will support patient care through telephone assessment, clinical communication, and coordination of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license

• BSN required

• Minimum 18 months of RN experience

• Epic experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient assessment skills

• Must complete required PennChart training before starting

• MS Teams interview

COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
TRAINING:
HIPAA Module (15 minutes)
4 Hour Pennchart training for RN s - held on Wednesdays from 8a-1p. MUST be completed prior to start

4-DAY PennChart Scheduling training.- ONSITE - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am-5pm. Must pass test at the end of training. Retakes are available if unable to pass the first time around.
