    Job Summary (List Format):

    - Location Requirement: Only local candidates in Arizona will be considered; must be available for in-person interviews and able to start within 2 weeks of offer.
    - Training Program Management: Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates the Property Tax Education, Training, and Certification Program for ad valorem appraisal staff statewide.
    - Content Development: Updates, modifies, and creates training content, manuals, and materials; assists in curriculum and course design; recommends and directs use of training tools and devices.
    - Needs Assessment: May consult with county clients, agency management, and educational professionals to assess and develop specialized training programs.
    - Training Delivery: Provides training in online (synchronous/asynchronous) and in-person/classroom settings.
    - Assessment: Conducts training effectiveness assessments via feedback and pre/post-training quizzes.
    - Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Stays current on laws, regulations, policies, and best practices in taxation; prepares reports; monitors litigation; participates in meetings and contributes to process improvement.
    - Team Participation: Attends staff meetings, completes required training, contributes to work teams, and participates in individual coaching and performance metrics.
    - Process Optimization: Utilizes lean principles under the Arizona Management System (AMS) and recommends process improvements.
    - Stakeholder Collaboration: May work with internal leadership and external stakeholders to educate on statutes, codes, and procedures.
    - Other Duties: Performs additional tasks as assigned; may attend external meetings on behalf of the department.
    - Work Arrangement: Hybrid role (15% remote, 85% onsite).
    - Education/Experience Requirements: Combination of relevant education and experience (Bachelor's degree preferred); minimum 3 years in training content design/delivery, public speaking, project coordination, or similar.
    - Preferred Experience: At least 2 years of property appraisal experience.
    - Preferred Skills: Training in adult education and property appraisal.
