Job Summary (List Format):
- Manage all grant-funded procurements and contracts.
- Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for the grant.
- Attend planning and project management meetings.
- Issue, award, and manage new solicitations (including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders).
- Issue and manage Interagency Service Agreements (ISAs) with Governor's Office, ADHS, and ADES related to the grant.
- Ensure procurement activities align with grant requirements, proper documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate continuously with program leadership, finance, and the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) to support agency objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Requires 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in state or government procurement.
- Requires project management experience and experience with grants and grant contracts.
- Candidates must be local, available for in-person interviews within one week of posting close, and able to start within two weeks of offer.
