Job Summary (Procurement Analyst IT Strategy & Projects)

- Hybrid position: On-site training for 3-4 weeks, then 4 days/week remote.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software procurement required.
- Expertise in IT asset lifecycle management and licensing (SaaS, PaaS, RaaS, IaaS).
- Proficient in ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
- Skilled in strategic negotiation of high-value IT contracts, including SLAs, data sovereignty, and renewal terms.
- Experience managing procurement as a technical project: setting milestones, stakeholder management, and aligning procurement with technical rollouts.
- Proven ability to draft, develop, and score complex RFPs/RFQs, ensuring technical and legal accuracy in Statements of Work (SOW).
- Strong financial and data analysis skills: able to conduct TCO and ROI analyses to support technology investment decisions.
