• Prepare board meeting materials and minutes, and attend and assist with board meetings.
• Order office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Administrational experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and take direction.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and stay on task.
• Security clearance required.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Preferences:

• Previous experience working with the state.
