About the student
- The student is a young adult who needs assistance in preparing for her phlebotomy exam on December 16th. She has completed the course, but failed the license exam a couple of times so far and needs this next try to be a winner, otherwise she'll have to repeat the class. She would benefit from working with a tutor who can provide a fresh perspective or a unique approach to a better understanding of the concepts, especially as it relates to problem solving and critical thinking. Test-taking strategies would also be welcomed.
- The goal is to provide some ongoing support over the next 6 weeks that lead this student to a passing score so she can move forward in her career as a phlebotomist.
- The student wants 90 minute sessions once a week between 10am-8pm on either Tuesday or Thursday.
- The student wants to meet in-person with the tutor at their home in New London near the Oasis of Restoration church.
