OR hold an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from an accredited organization and have completed a Medical Assistant training program. Accepted Medical Assistant Certifications: AClientA – American Medical Certification Association.

Job Title: Phlebotomist
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Scottsdale, AZ Must be covering (Tempe, AZ 85281 and Phoenix, AZ 85016 )
Shift Time: DAYS - 8hr; Monday - Friday 8 AM -5 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (phlebotomy).
• Administer vaccines.
• Conduct point-of-care testing.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs.
• Provide basic patient care.
• Assist with medical tasks and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Must follow the certification requirements listed
Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program.
• OR completed Medical Assistant training through any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
• OR hold an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from an accredited organization and have completed a Medical Assistant training program.

• AMT – American Medical Technologists.
• AAMA – American Association of Medical Assistants.
• NHA – National Healthcareer Association.
• NCCT – National Center for Competency Testing.
