Phlebotomist

We are seeking a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team with flu vaccinations, medication injections, phlebotomy, and basic clinical procedures. We can accept an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from one of these organizations: AMCA-American Medical Certification Association.

Title: Phlebotomist
Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Duration: 5+ Months contract (possible extension)
Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr. - $31.00/h on w2
 
Job description:
We are seeking a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team with flu vaccinations, medication injections, phlebotomy, and basic clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering injections and working in a clinical or laboratory setting.
 
Roles and responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy
• Vaccine administration
• Vitals signs
• EKG
• Ear lavage
• Med injections
• Point of care tests

 
Any certifications or qualifications needed:

• California Licensed CPT-1 with 1 year of experience (Intership/externship are not included). Or Medical assistant certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Parking: Parking garage 3 - 5 blocks away or limited street metered parking.
