Job Title: Phlebotomist - Phoenix
Job Description
The position involves drawing patients" blood and performing specimen processing. You will be responsible for collecting and receiving biological specimens, entering them into the company"s computer system, preparing samples for analytical testing, and distributing them to the proper analytical area. The role includes both pre and post aspects of analytical testing, along with performing specified analytical testing as assigned. Adherence to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct is required.

Work Environment
The role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Phlebotomists will work within a Patient Service Center (PSC) environment, drawing blood and processing specimens. The company offers growth opportunities, including a career ladder leading to a Phlebotomy Technician 2 position with a 4% pay increase after 6 months. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
