    • Pay Rate: $22.90–$28.30/hr
    Job Summary:
    The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
    The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. This role emphasizes leadership behaviors, process excellence, and strict attention to confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time
    • Maintain a safe and professional environment
    • Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures
    • Maintain required records and documentation
    • Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
    Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED
    • Keyboard/data entry experience required
    • Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
    • Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric patients
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
    Nice-to-Have Experience:
    • One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred
    • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
    Required Skills:
    • Phlebotomy (venipuncture, specimen collection)
    • Patient interaction and customer service
    • Data entry and documentation accuracy
    Preferred Skills:
    • Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy
    • Medical assistant or paramedic training
    • Laboratory specimen processing
    • Time management and organizational skills
