    • Pay Rate: $17–$21/hr
    Job Summary:
    The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in for routine health needs or critical diagnostic insights. This role is responsible for collecting blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing while adhering to established procedures.
    The PSR I builds trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures clearly and performing specimen collection in a safe, accurate, and professional manner, while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
    • Maintain a safe and professional environment
    • Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices
    • Maintain required records and documentation
    • Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
    Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 months experience
    • Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Excellent phlebotomy skills including pediatric and geriatric patients
    • Keyboard/data entry experience required
    • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
    Nice-to-Have Experience:
    • One or more years of phlebotomy experience
    • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
    • Medical assistant or paramedic training
    Required Skills:
    • Phlebotomy (venipuncture and specimen collection)
    • Patient interaction and customer service
    • Data entry and documentation accuracy
    Preferred Skills:
    • Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy
    • Laboratory specimen processing
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols
    Additional Skills:
    • Ability to follow established practices and procedures
    • Strong attention to confidentiality and patient data accuracy
    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain a safe working environment
