Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant

We are a busy, fast‐paced endocrinology practice seeking a reliable and skilled Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient‐focused, and comfortable working in a high‐volume clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture accurately and efficiently (must be proficient in drawing blood)

• Prepare specimens for lab processing

• Room patients and obtain vitals

• Assist providers with clinical tasks and procedures

• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and work areas

• Experience with EHR systems, especially eClinicalWorks (ECW), strongly preferred

• Update patient charts and ensure accurate documentation

• Support front and back-office workflow as needed

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant experience

• Strong communication and patient‐care skills

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

• Experience in endocrinology or chronic disease management is a plus
