Job Title: Phlebotomist III- Floater Job Location: Livonia, MI- 48152 Job Duration: 3+ months of Contract + Extension/temp to hire Shift: Mon-Fri (7:00 am - 6:00 pm) EST (shift can vary based on the location)
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of recent professional phlebotomy experience.
Strong experience with venipuncture on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
Verify patient information and ensure specimen labels are correct before sending to the lab.
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections when required.
Follow HIPAA, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel comfortable.
Help maintain smooth daily operations at assigned locations.
Floater Responsibilities:
This is a floating position, meaning you'll travel to different work locations based on business needs.
