Location: Lawrence, KS
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Coningent (Part-Time, Potential Pathway for Hire)
Schedule: Part-time, 8am-12pm

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and confidence
  • Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling in the patient’s presence
  • Prepare and process specimens according to established procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and compliance standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required
  • Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations
  • Keyboard/data entry proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
