Phlebotomist I

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client's team in North Charleston, SC. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist I to support multiple patient service and inpatient/outpatient locations throughout the Charleston, SC area. This is a float position, so reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations are required.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience and be comfortable performing blood draws on both pediatric and geriatric patients.

Locations

The selected candidate may be required to work at:

• North Charleston
• Mt. Pleasant
• West Ashley
• Goose Creek
• Summerville
• Walterboro

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Perform pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
• Properly identify patients and specimens.
• Process, label, and handle specimens according to established procedures.
• Work independently at IOP locations and collaboratively at PSC locations.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and laboratory procedures.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of direct phlebotomy experience

Additional Information:

• Location: North Charleston, SC
• Job Type: 3+ months contract
• Pay Range: $17 - $19 hourly
• Shifts: Mon - Fri (6 AM-5 PM)
• Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
