Description
Labcorp is seeking a phlebotomist to support their cline tin High Point, NC. This person will perform blood collections across all age groups, including pediatric patients, while providing strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, efficient, comfortable with computers, and able to maintain accuracy while moving quickly.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol testing, and other services • Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Enter patient information accurately and efficiently
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Maintain patient and specimen logs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Complete administrative and clerical duties
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification, completed phlebotomy training program, Approximately 2 years of total phlebotomy experience preferred
