What Youll Do
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience
What Were Looking For
Relevant backgrounds may include: CPT, PBT, RPT, NCPT, or Phlebotomist.
3+ years of current phlebotomy experience or 1+ year of phlebotomy course instructor experience
Active PBT (ASCP), RPT (AMT), CPT (NHA), and/or NCPT (NCCT) certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening
