• Perform a variety of standardized procedures to include phlebotomy, measuring vital signs and hemoglobin levels, and performing quality control of equipment utilized. This is performed under normal technical supervision.
• Determine acceptability of blood donors in accordance with established guidelines, SOPs, and instructions.  Be knowledgeable of all aspects of the donor center operations.
• Operate a computer workstation to enter or retrieve information for donor registration and phlebotomy.  Maintain legible and accurate records for all procedures requiring documentation to include vital signs, hemoglobin determination, phlebotomy, and quality control.
