Job Summary and Qualifications The Information Protection & Security Workforce Behavior team educates 500,000+ workforce members, changes and matures their behavior, and drives risk reduction using Human Risk Management principles. The Phishing Testing Administrator is a professional who, using knowledge of phishing testing, adult learning styles, and current events, designs and implements the HCA Healthcare Phishing Testing Program and manages the Phishing Testing Follow-Up Program. Develop and executive on annual Phishing Testing Program plan and Phishing Testing Follow-Up Program. Consult and collaborate with IPS leaders, our Cyber Defense Center, and other internal and external stakeholders on phishing testing and education strategies and best practices that further our maturity and reduce risk. Manage relationship with phishing testing vendor. Write and edit education materials related to phishing testing. Own and manage phishing testing data, including data analysis, data cleanup, and data sharing. Design and maintain IPS Phishing Testing dashboard. Create and send education emails with results to colleagues. Partner with Workforce Behavior team members to develop and implement training related to phishing testing. Manage the IPS mailbox and respond daily to colleague and stakeholder questions. Conduct analysis of phishing testing and mailbox evidence and related data to identify areas of opportunity to mature Information Protection & Security processes across the enterprise. Update phishing testing-related Atlas Connect sites. Cross-train with other team members to learn key roles. Maintain and grow knowledge of relevant concepts, tools, and industry trends by participating in appropriate educational opportunities.
