Philadelphia | Restaurant Manager | High Volume

A notable restaurant group known for creating busy, upscale neighborhood restaurants seeks a restaurant manager for their high volume Philadelphia location. The restaurant manager is responsible for delivering and supporting elevated hospitality in a busy neighborhood restaurant and steakhouse with a constant floor presence to support the staff and guests' needs. The restaurant manager is a guest forward role and demands a professional who believes in floor presence to create genuine hospitality driven experiences. This role has a huge potential for growth and development.

Requirements:

Candidates must be hospitality focused managers with at least 2-4 years of floor/operations experience as well as an expertise in delivering elevated experiences for guests and team alike in a full service restaurant environment (upscale casual or fine dining preferred). Successful candidates should be confident in their abilities but have a strong desire to learn and grow.
