• Research and Data Gathering Learn to use human centered design techniques to gather data to inform the design of new services and programs to serve the needs of community-based organizations focused on anti-poverty initiatives in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties.
• Program Management Oversee the ongoing development and implementation of community initiatives based on insights gained.
• Funding Strategy Enhancement Research and identify potential funding sources. Manage grant applications and develop relationships with new and existing donors to secure future funding.
• Resource Development Create and maintain a calendar of funding opportunities and help create timely and compelling grant proposals.
• Facilitate and Steward New and Existing Community Partnerships Identify and connect with organizations and resource hubs to bring our programs and services to community-based nonprofits.
