Rice's Pharmacy is looking for a Care Coordinator to help serve our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the primary point of contact for our patients
- Being a source of kindness for all patients
- Constantly smiling
- Supporting the Pharmacy staff in communicating prescription information
- Building relationships with our patients
- Focus attention on our patients
- Point of Sale operations
- Cash drawer management
Preferred Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent relational skills
- Ability to chat with people of all ages
- Ability to serve all types of people
- Enthusiasm for developing relationships with people
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle issues and complaints with care, concern and grace
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Background in customer service
