We are seeking an evening/weekend Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our Publix team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide premier service to Publix customers.
- Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients.
- Count medications, according to prescription orders.
- Process prescriptions using computer software.
- Label and record medication.
- Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must have a valid Georgia Pharmacy Technician License** .
- Must be able to work mid-shifts, some closing shifts until 9pm, and have some weekend availability.
