Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment
A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technicians for a Pharmacy Fulfillment opportunity!
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment environment supporting prescription processing, insurance issues, and patient and physician outreach.
Compensation:
Trainee Pay: $16.50/hr
Licensed Technician Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift Options:
Shift 1 — Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
Shift 2 — Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday from 5:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of prescription medications through the pharmacy fulfillment system.
- Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting member and physician outreach.
- Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns.
- Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
- Assist with inbound and outbound patient and physician calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
- Current Pharmacy Technician registration and certification as required by the state of operation.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work one of the required schedules.
