Our mission has always been to deliver excellent medical care with compassion.PMG's Comprehensive Benefit Plan:Personal medical and dental insurance401k and profit-sharing planLife insurance3 weeks' vacation time40 hours of paid sick leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramPharmacy Technician – IV Compounding Prepare, and compound medications, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, as directed by the manager of infusion operations.Work under the direction/supervision of the Clinic Operations Manager in all aspects of this positionPreparation of medications for patients as directed by the Clinic Operations Manager.Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, to ascertain the needed ingredients, and to evaluate their suitability as directed by the Clinic Operations Manager.Completion of patient paperwork/authorizations related to patient.Compounds medications, chemotherapy, and biotherapy using proper aseptic technique, under the guidance and instruction of the Clinic Operations Manager.Assess the identity, strength, or purity of medications under the guidance of the Clinic Operations Manager.Perform mathematical calculations to determine appropriate drug measurements for compounding of ordered medications.Follow and maintain procedures for missing packaging, or labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal under the direction of the Clinic Operations Manager.Conduct routine medication inventories including monitoring for drugs expiring, and assist with inventory control of medications in the infusion room, storage room, and satellite locations.Assist Clinic Operations Manager in ordering supplies and medication.
