Job Description
This Pharmacy Technician position supports a high-volume central fill pharmacy in Everett, WA that supplies patient-level prescriptions for a large national retail chain. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, you accurately and efficiently fill prescription requests in an automated refill setting, prepare and package medications, and help maintain a continuous workflow to meet daily production goals. You work productively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating acute attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to improved patient care while growing your skills within a leading healthcare supply chain organization.

Work Environment
This role is based in a central fill pharmacy facility in Everett, WA with a fast-paced, high-volume pick, pack, and ship atmosphere. The position follows an evening/swing shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You must be available for mandatory overtime, which is regularly up to 1 hour per shift and may occasionally extend to 2 hours following major U.S. holidays. The environment is team-oriented with a strong safety-first attitude, utilizing automated dispensing cells, handheld barcode scanners, and computer-based applications to manage prescriptions and inventory. You work on your feet and handle large quantities of medication bottles and cases while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and pharmacy procedures. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
