What Good Care Looks Like

Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.

That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.

None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.

Behind Every On-Time Prescription Is a Fulfillment Expert Like You

The Pharmacy Technician keeps pharmacy fulfillment running smoothly by operating automated packaging and dispensing technology, preparing prescription orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, managing inventory flow, and staging medications for shipment. Every packaged prescription, labeled tote, and completed order helps ensure residents in long-term care facilities receive the medications they need without interruption. Pharmacists, pharmacy operations teams, delivery staff, care facilities, and ultimately patients all rely on this role's accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Unlike Pharmacy Technician roles in traditional retail or hospital pharmacies, this position is based in a closed-door pharmacy, meaning the pharmacy is dedicated to serving long-term care facilities and does not interact with walk-in customers. You'll work behind the scenes with advanced Paxit packaging and dispensing technology, helping manage high-volume medication fulfillment while maintaining strict quality and accuracy standards. Success in this role comes from balancing technical troubleshooting, inventory management, automation, and operational efficiency to ensure medications reach patients safely, accurately, and on time.
