We're seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Fill Technician to support our pharmacy operations by accurately preparing prescriptions for pharmacist verification. Pay: $21.00-22.00/hour
Location: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time

Primary Shift:

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Rotating weekends required

Additional Shift Options Available:

12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pick medications from pharmacy shelving and medication storage areas.
• Accurately fill daily prescription orders under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Perform accuracy checks on prepared prescriptions before pharmacist verification.
• Label, scan, package, and prepare prescriptions for dispensing.
• Assist with processing returned medications according to company procedures.
• Pre-pack frequently ordered medications and restock inventory during slower periods.
• Package medications and pharmacy supplies for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.
• Notify the pharmacist of any medication or product scanning issues.
• Follow all company policies and government regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Support inventory management and assist with other pharmacy duties as assigned.
