Get to Know Your Team: 

• Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic outreach for medication adherence to identify barriers.
• Convert extended day supply prescriptions.
• Task physicians and staff for care gaps.
• Request records to fulfill care gaps.
• Contribute to collaboration for best practice with employed and embedded staff.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology. 
• Compliance of policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician.
