    Facility Requirements Locals allowed: No Radius restriction: 60 mile radius rule no exceptions First time travelers accepted: Yes EMR: Meditech exp preferred Job/Unit Requirements Start date: ASAP Contract length: 13 weeks Shift dates/schedule: Schedule to be discussed upon interview as there are a couple of different options! Pharmacists are not expected to attended code blues/rapid responses. In addition to order verification, night shift pharmacist will work from a PharmacyOneSource queue to address any clinical alerts (pharmacokinetic/renal dosing, etc).
