What you’ll be doing:
Lead daily inpatient pharmacy operations including medication distribution, sterile compounding, controlled substances, ADCs, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with USP <797>/<800>, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations
Oversee Epic Willow inpatient workflows, reporting, medication routing, and clinical decision support tools
Support clinical pharmacy services and medication safety initiatives across inpatient care areas
Lead formulary management, medication utilization reviews, and pharmacy quality improvement initiatives
Manage pharmacists and pharmacy technicians including hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
Support staff education, competency development, and interdisciplinary training
Collaborate with nursing, providers, IT, and hospital leadership to improve medication-use processes
Provide operational and clinical support during staffing shortages or high-volume periods

Active Colorado pharmacist license required
