Coordinator participates in or leads the implementation, maintenance, and optimizations of standards and workflows in designated areas of specialty. There is an expectation to execute audits, interviews, performance evaluations, training, and education.
Pharmacy operations coordinations function independently and at the direction of pharmacy leaders. In addition, Pharmacy Operations Coordinators assess and adjust for the age-specific needs of the patients and are responsible for performing duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital and state and federal regulations.
