About SiteLabs
SiteLabs is an early-stage, technology-forward company transforming independent pharmacies into trusted community access points for wellness screenings, clinical trials, and patient navigation. We partner with health systems, pharma sponsors, and CROs to improve patient access and health outcomes. We believe the independent pharmacy is one of the most underutilized assets in the American healthcare system, and we are building the infrastructure to change that.
Our vision is to improve access to healthcare for the 100M+ people that independent pharmacies touch every year. The majority of which are based in underserved areas. This will require that pharmacy staff are empowered to practice at the top of their license and that pharmacies are able to participate in programs that make a measurable impact in their communities and generate sustainable, non-prescription revenue. If you are a pharmacy professional who shares that vision, this role was built for you.
About the Role
This is not a traditional pharmacy role. The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist sits at the intersection of pharmacy operations, clinical research, and community health. It is a unique, tech-forward position.
You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for onboarding, activating, and supporting the ongoing success of independent pharmacies participating in SiteLabs' clinical trial recruitment and wellness screening programs. You will work both in person and virtually, traveling to pharmacy locations to stand up programs and train staff, then supporting pharmacies remotely through virtual check-ins, performance monitoring, and data-driven coaching.
A strong understanding of pharmacy management systems (PMS) and pharmacy dispensing data is essential. You will use that data to help pharmacies identify eligible patients, optimize workflows, and drive consistent recruitment performance across active clinical trials.
This position can be based anywhere in South Carolina, with SiteLabs' operations anchored in the Clemson, SC area. South Carolina independent pharmacies are the primary focus, though you will travel nationally to support program launches and activations in other states as needed.
