• Schedule:
• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
ROLE IMPACT
Join a high-volume pharmacy operations team where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail help ensure patients receive the correct medications on time. In this role, you will support daily pharmacy operations by preparing, packaging, and replenishing prescription medications while maintaining quality, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick, count, package, label, and replenish prescription medications following established procedures.
• Accurately fulfill medication orders while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Organize inventory, rotate stock, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA requirements.
• Use automated dispensing and inventory management systems to support efficient pharmacy operations and collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse fulfillment, pharmacy operations, quality inspection, order picking, production, or a similar environment.
• Eligible for and willing to obtain an Indiana Pharmacy Technician in Training License within two weeks of start and obtain National Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs. regularly, carry up to 15 lbs. for extended distances, stand and walk throughout the shift, and perform frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Work is performed in an onsite pharmacy distribution environment with continuous medication picking, stocking, replenishment, and inventory handling.
