Schedule: Sunday–Thursday (Evening Shifts)
Available Shift Options
- Shift 1: Sunday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Shift 2: Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services to patients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, state and federal laws, and company policies and procedures.
This position will primarily focus on clinical review and data review, with responsibility for supporting the clinical components of pharmacy operations. The pharmacist will evaluate medication-related information, perform clinical assessments, support appropriate medication use, and help ensure patient safety. Additional pharmacy responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Review & Pharmacy Operations
- Perform clinical and data reviews to support accurate and appropriate medication management.
- Provide clinical services to patients, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) interventions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and pharmacy procedures.
- Apply Good Faith Dispensing principles when reviewing and filling prescriptions.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Evaluate prescriptions and medication-related information to support patient safety and appropriate drug therapy.
Patient & Customer Experience
- Engage patients and customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and answering questions.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide medication consultations and support medication management.
- Identify patient needs and proactively recommend appropriate healthcare and pharmacy services.
- Support clinical and wellness services, including immunizations, flu shots, and diabetes awareness.
- Build positive relationships with patients through excellent customer service and personalized care.
Training & Professional Development
- Maintain current pharmacy and healthcare knowledge through professional publications and industry updates.
- Stay informed of developments in retail pharmacy, clinical services, and best practices.
- Complete required certifications, continuing education credits, and company-assigned training.
- Maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe, effective, and compliant pharmacy services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited educational institution.
- Current, active pharmacist license in the applicable state(s) within the district.
- Certified Immunizer.
- Strong clinical review and medication evaluation skills.
- Ability to review pharmacy data and apply clinical judgment.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, controlled substance requirements, and Good Faith Dispensing practices.
- Strong communication and patient service skills.
