Pharmacist to join our team!
Job Title: Pharmacist - Outpatient Pharmacy
Location: Sylmar, CA 91342
Schedule:- MondayFriday: 7:30 AM9:00 PM
- Weekends and Holidays: 8:30 AM5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hour
Key Responsibilities:- Review and dispense prescription medications accurately.
- Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Review prescriptions for safety, accuracy, and drug interactions.
- Monitor medication therapy and address patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate prescription records and pharmacy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient care.
Qualifications:- Active Pharmacist License
- Experience in ambulatory care and outpatient pharmacy preferred
