Pharmacist/Product Owner

Requirements:

• Manage pharmacy’s daily operations and ensure delivery of patient services per company standards and expectations
  
• Implement and supervise specific pharmacy services and new programs at the direction of management
  
• Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the pharmacy
  
• Work directly with CEO & VP of Engineering for pioneering new software initiatives disrupting the pharmacy space
  
• Deploy process improvement initiatives and programs that drive enhanced productivity and enhanced customer service
  
• Participate in additional duties beyond core requirements as needed
  
• Adhere to all laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA, Preventing Fraud Waste & Abuse and OSHA; follow all company department policies and procedures
  
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
  
  Supervise and coach technicians in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback
  

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education: 

·       Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy

·       Knowledge of Federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing the dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the implications rules and regulations

Education Level: Pharmacy Degree (BS-Pharmacy/PharmD) Required
Required Certifications/Licenses: Pharmacy Board License
