    Key Responsibilities:

    • Medication Safety & Dispensing Accuracy: Ensures all prescriptions are accurately reviewed, verified, and dispensed in accordance with legal, clinical, and company standards to promote safe and effective patient care.
    • Patient Care & Clinical Services: Delivers high-quality patient care through counseling, immunizations, and clinical services, supporting optimal medication outcomes and overall patient health.
    • Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Operations: Maintains full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized pharmacy operations.
    • Team Leadership & Oversight: Provides direct supervision and oversight of pharmacy technicians to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Required: Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Kansas Board of Pharmacy
    • Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
    • Required: Current Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe in accordance with state regulations)
    • Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
    • Required: Ability to work at an assigned store location and maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations
    • Preferred: Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting
