What You'll Do
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and therapeutic appropriateness

Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and behavioral health teams to optimize medication regimens
Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations for acute and chronic disease management
Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians during medication preparation and dispensing
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, including controlled substance requirements
Document clinical interventions and medication therapy management within the electronic health record
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary patient care planning
