Pharmacist - Peridot, AZ - Pay Negotiable

Join a collaborative hospital pharmacy team serving the San Carlos Apache community. This role is primarily Outpatient, with flexibility to support Inpatient/ER when needed.

Schedule

• Variable shifts: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends & Swing

• Flexible to work different units and schedules

• No Call

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license (AZ license preferred)

• BLS required

• ACLS & PALS required(PALS may be obtained on-site)

• 1–2+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of current medications and clinical practice

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Must process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in compliance with policy and law

• Ability to counsel patients effectively and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
