Primary Scheduled Hours: per diem
Job Summary: Responsible and accountable for providing drug therapy review/monitoring, preparation, dispensing, counseling and drug control for a outpatient/retail pharmacy in accordance with departmental and district policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
Education Background and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education: | Bachelor’s Degree or Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy or of higher qualifications. Must meet state requirements for Pharmacist. |
Required Licensure / Certifications: | Active Washington State Pharmacist License |
Required Experience: | Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Adequate computer competency. Knowledge pharmacy regulations as applicable to the job. |
