About This Role

This position is responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing pharmaceutical care and offering health-related advice in a retail pharmacy setting by using professional knowledge and training within the scope of practice of a licensed pharmacist. This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week).

What You''ll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree of Pharmacy or PharmD (doctor of pharmacy)
  • One year of relevant experience
  • Valid state pharmaceutical license
  • Education beyond the minimum degree requirement may count toward required experience if deemed relevant by the hiring manager. The degree requirement is necessary to be licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Kansas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication and public relation skills, and a willingness to teach and educate

Sponsorship eligibility:

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
