Pharmacist Job - Full Time

We are partnering with a local client to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time position. In this role you will use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and compassionate distribution of medications to individuals managing a range of physical and mental health conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply.
• Pharmacist experience. Retail pharmacy experience is viewed favorably.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and weekend/on-call coverage approximately every third week.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a 4 x 10 schedule model and to cover the following weekend hours when on rotation: Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to manage workflow tied to delivery schedules and rejected claims for ALF residents.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn the long-term care environment and active engagement in training.
• Management experience is a plus.
