ABOUT THE HRT CLUB

The HRT Club, LLC is a fast-growing membership-based platform providing access to trusted, affordable hormone replacement therapy (HRT). With over 10,000 members and a network of 2,000+ HRT prescribers nationwide, we connect patients to FDA-approved treatments at up to 90% savings — without insurance.

We are now building our own in-house mail order pharmacy in Lancaster, PA — giving us full control over fulfillment, quality, cost, and the member experience. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to lead pharmacy operations from the ground up.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced pharmacy leader to serve as our Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) for our Lancaster, PA pharmacy. This is a permanent, full-time position with a clear mandate: take our pharmacy from pre-licensure through PA Board of Pharmacy approval, DEA registration, and operational launch — then lead ongoing operations as we scale nationally.

The right candidate is an experienced pharmacy manager who has navigated regulatory processes, built pharmacy teams, and is energized by the challenge of building something new. You will have dedicated support across project management, legal, regulatory, and administrative functions so you can stay focused on what you do best — pharmacy operations, compliance, and inspection readiness.

We are taking a phased approach to operations. The pharmacy will ramp up in a controlled and deliberate manner, with a clear focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety at every step. You will not be thrown into the deep end — you will have the resources and team support to do this right.
