About the Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead our pharmacy operations in Glendale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic pharmacy environment where your leadership and clinical expertise will make a real difference. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel
• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing drug supplies
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, DEA, and Arizona State Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs and pharmacy policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge or pharmacy management role preferred
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with pharmacy management software and dispensing systems
• Ability to provide exceptional patient-centered care and customer service
