Title: Pharmacist

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 4 + months with possible Extension

Description:

1. Patient-Centered Approach: Committed to compassionate, judgment-free care-especially for patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.

2. Clinical Excellence: Demonstrates baseline knowledge of HIV medications, a strong understanding of chronic disease management, and preventative therapies; AAHIVP certification preferred but not required.

3. Operational Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy software systems, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Knowledge of the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system is preferred.

4. Collaborative Mindset: Works well within multidisciplinary care teams, contributing to holistic, coordinated care.

5. Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly counsel patients, support adherence, and effectively communicate with providers and support staff.
