Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $57.50 - $80.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experienceSummary:
Coordinates and provides comprehensive outpatient medication management to optimize medication use.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems.
Recommends formulary alternatives when appropriate. Compounds and dispenses medications for retail sales.
Provides drug information and education to consumers.
Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
