Brief Job Profile Description

Sales Representative with developing experience mostly in sales or B2B, or in a commercial role focused on building relationships with Primary Care healthcare professionals, accurately communicating product information, and executing call plans using data insights. Prioritize product education, understanding practice needs, and compliant, tailored engagements to support appropriate therapy use and achieve territory goals within Primary Care settings.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
  • Engage Primary Care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $ 81,714.40 - $122,571.60. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
