Pay Range: $20.54hr - $25.54hr

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join the Global Compliance Support Team. The successful candidate will support various audit and inspection activities, manage document control, and assist with regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will serve as a Global Compliance Support Team Member.
  • Support Auditable Unit (AU) Coordinator activities and TrackWise naming conventions.
  • Process MyAccess requests and roster reviews for TrackWise Audit/Inspection systems.
  • Prepare draft audit summaries and GQAAC audit reports for review and issuance by staff.
  • Support regulatory inspection readiness and preparation activities.
  • Provide data entry, database updates, and SharePoint/Tableau access support.
  • Assist with GQAAC compliance activities including training, CAPA, deviations, changes, and self-inspections.
  • Serve as QualityDocs Document Controller for select GQAAC Operations Documents.
  • Collaborate with auditors, management, and customers to resolve questions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with TrackWise Audit/Inspection Module.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with document control in Veeva Vault.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections such as the FDA.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
