Pharmaceutical Production Equipment Technician
Location: Greenville, SC
Company: Recruiting Solutions (onsite with a pharmaceutical manufacturing team)
A day in this role
You arrive to a clean, fully climate-controlled facility, gear up with PPE, and review the production plan for your 10–12 hour shift. On the line, you’ll load and unload products into automated machines, enter precise system specifications, and manage setups and changeovers so production runs smoothly. When an alarm flashes, you quickly troubleshoot to keep throughput on track. Throughout the shift, you examine raw materials and finished goods to ensure customers receive the quality they expect.
Schedule options
- Reliable 10–12 hour shifts
- 1st shift (6:00 AM – 4PM/6 PM)
- 3rd shift (6/8PM PM – 6:00 AM)
What you’ll handle
- Load/unload products efficiently into production machinery
- Input system specifications; manage setups, startups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Inspect raw materials and finished product to support quality standards and customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in production or equipment operation
- Comfort with machinery setup, startup, troubleshooting, and changeovers
- Ability to work a 12-hour schedule and adhere in a PPE environment
